Background and Brief

This is a custom family home designed and built to the passive house standard which perfectly blends to its urban environment. 

The home is going for the final testing in March and should be complete in April 2022.

So far so good, modelling was great and the build has been issue free.

Challenges Faced

The only minor issue was the key holes for the locks used were not offset so leaked but once fixed its performing well.

Favourite Features

The home is a real family home designed specifically for the owners needs and it really showcases what's possible for residential passive house in Australia.
