Membership Portal Migration: Steps to Access Your Membership Account
The new Member Portal, powered by Glue Up, is a CRM platform designed to enhance your membership experience. It provides a centralised hub for all things related to your membership, from event registrations to resource access.
1. Create Your New Member Account
During the migration from the previous platform to the new member portal (Glue Up), you will receive an email to create a Glue Up account. This account will serve as your gateway to accessing your current membership features.
Click “Create Your New Member Account” then follow the prompts to add your first name, last name, and the email address currently associated with your Australian Passivhaus Association Membership.
2. Activate Your Account
Once you complete step 1, you’ll receive an activation email that requires you to verify your account.
Once you receive the email, click on the provided button to verify your account. You will then be redirected to your new active membership account.

3. Update Your Profile
The final step of the migration process is to update your profile with all your details and credentials.
This is an important step as it allows you to link your various social platforms to your Glue Up account, helping you grow your network while making it easier for other members to find you within the portal. We also recommend updating your bank details to ensure a smooth auto-renewal process.
What to Do if Your Account is Not Found
This means your email address is not yet verified in the Glue Up system.
To get your email address verified, please go back to the email in Step 1 and click "Create Your New Membership Account" then follow the prompts to add your first name, last name, and the email address associated with your APA membership. Then you can follow Steps 2 and 3 to access your current membership.
