Continuous improvement in our digital interface

Our new website launched in late 2022, as our digital transformation project continues adjustments to this and other areas will continue.

We have previously shared that the Australian Passivhaus Association is embarking on a digital transformation project. This project is aimed at leveraging technology to improve our operations and enhance the overall experience for our members.

We understand the importance of staying competitive in today's fast-paced business environment and believe that this project will help us to achieve our strategic goal.

Our goal is to advocate & educate public, policymakers, and industry professionals about Passivhaus principles and building standards and to support our members to network & collaborate with industry professionals, academics, and other stakeholders to share knowledge & expertise.

We have partnered with Raklet, a Membership Management Cloud based platform, which will streamline our processes, automate tasks, and provide our members with a more personalised and seamless experience.

To foster increased connectivity we are embarking on a data migration from G-Suite to Microsoft. This will allow us to use tools such as Teams with our members, and prevent the issues we experience with our diaries and calendar invites being blocked by our members IT systems.

Our website has been migrated to a new platform with improved formatting and design, ease of navigation, increased functionality.

Overall, our digital transformation project will enable us to become more agile, efficient, and member centric. We are excited about the future and the opportunities that technology will bring to our Association.

We are confident that our digital transformation project will bring significant benefits to our Association and all our members. Please refer to the list of items below for a status update on each deliverable. Each of these deliverables is a project in itself and much of it needs to be processed in an ordered way as one project may create the foundation or stepping stone for the next item to be delivered.

We are a small team with limited resources, so please bear with us as we try to rapidly work through the project.
