Cowes Cultural and Community Centre

Designed to Passive House Standard and incorporating mass timber construction, the new Cowes Cultural and Community Centre will expand and diversify existing community programs and services.

Located on Phillip Island, the centre will be a new purpose-built public building supporting a range of uses including a theatre, library, gallery, museum, community function rooms, and offices.

With community engagement ongoing, the aim is to craft a centre that supports the local community’s needs both now and into the future as well as the region’s projected population growth.
