Q.1. Tell us about yourself and your career so far?
Family man, father of 2 girls and 1 boy, 25 years in construction and still highly motivated and fascinated with entire building industry and the people within.  

Q.2. What attracted you to becoming a builder?
The creativity, being outdoors, and providing an essential service which is feels good. 

Q.3. How are you making an impact with Passive House?
Spreading the word at the moment.

Q.4. Tell us more about your most recent project, what your goal is & the rating you are trying to achieve?
The goal was to provide as much value and as efficiently as possible.  We have an architecturally designed 2 story split level home on a battle-ax block starting in the coming weeks, the budget only allows to touch on some Passive House principles, therefore we selected to include triple glaze thermally broken windows, use Proclima external weather barrier, and a vented roof cavity only. It’s not Passive House but a good start in the ability to educate more.
