Description and Brief

The brief was to design to Passive House and maximise the space we have. A small neat and thermally efficient design that has had Passive House in its design from the start. This has meant a straight forward process with the architect (new to PH) involved early together with an experienced builder we have created what will be a very comfortable and efficient home.

Challenges

The site required piers due to the old dam where the house is located. Nothing of note with the PH elements of the project.

Favourite Features

Its simplicity.
