  • An oblique & asymmetric geometry provides the building a unique form and the exposed cross laminated timber frame (with UV treatment and a hint of white pigment) creating intersections of both form and material throughout the house. Internally the Hand crafted internal doors matching the CLT walls, constructed from packing timber left over from the CLT transport, with recessed handles that supports through door ventilation, providing form and function together in a soft presentation that merges with the adjacent elements. The oblique geometry continues throughout the house, by way of joinery and detailing, creating a playful and interesting space.

  • Cost increases throughout the industry during 2021-2023 was a real challenge, requiring some problem solving and a lot of hands on hard work to bridge the gap.
