Background and Brief

A stylish duplex in the heart of Noosa one of which will be available for holiday let from Summer 2022/23. Experience living in a Passive house all while enjoying a holiday in one of the worlds most beautiful locations.

Construction is underway. Modelling was good and so far no issues with construction.

Challenges Faced

Traditional building certifiers still have some resistance to new techniques or building methodology which they are unfamiliar with.

The versatility of the space allows for multiple dwellings concealed behind a residential facade. 

The Design/Build Process

This is an inhouse design and build specifically to showcase passive house and allow our customers to experience living in a passive house before they commit to a design and build with us.

The Brief

Elegant, timeless, versatile and sustainable. Had to allow multiple generations to live and use the spaces in harmony or separately.
